Guarantees

What is guaranteed, and how

Free first sampleRevisions to the rubricThe quote holds

A guarantee is worth exactly as much as the mechanism behind it, so each one here is written with its mechanism attached. If a promise cannot be enforced by you, in a message, with something specific to point at, it does not belong on this page.

The five promises

What a revision covers, and what it does not

A revision closes the gap between the work and the brief: a criterion answered thinly, a source that should have been appraised, a format rule missed, a passage that drifted off the prompt. Send the line-item feedback your instructor posts in Brightspace and the rewrite answers it point by point, which is the fastest route to a better grade, because the grader has already told you what they wanted.

What a revision is not is a second brief. If the assignment itself changed, or a requirement surfaces that was never sent at intake, that is new work and gets quoted as such. Saying so plainly beats the alternative, which is promising unlimited revisions and then rationing them quietly.

Deadlines, and what happens if the desk slips

Delivery is scheduled ahead of your due date rather than on it, so there is room to read the work and ask for a change before it has to go anywhere. If the desk is going to be late, you hear about it while there is still time to act rather than afterwards, and a late delivery is made right on the order it affected.

The one thing nobody can guarantee is a grade, and any service quoting you a guaranteed letter is describing something it does not control. Instructors weight criteria differently and interpretation is part of marking. What is committed to is work that answers the rubric you sent, revised until it does.

How to hold the desk to any of this

Every promise here is written so it can be enforced in one message. If a draft misses a criterion, quote the criterion. If a delivery slips, point at the time agreed at intake. If a figure moves, point at the quote. None of that needs an argument and none of it depends on goodwill, which is the entire reason for writing promises down.

Keep the intake conversation. It is the record: the brief, the figure, the delivery time and the revision window all sit inside it, which is why the desk confirms those in writing rather than agreeing verbally and moving on to the work.

Where something cannot be put right by a revision, say what outcome would be fair. A proportional settlement on a delivery the desk got wrong is a better answer than a rewrite you no longer have the time to use.

The boundary that does not move

This desk does not log into school systems, does not submit anything for a student, and does not sit timed or proctored assessments. Requests to cross those lines are declined every time, including from long-standing clients. The same wording sits in the terms and the privacy policy, and it is why delivery goes to a personal email address and nowhere else.

Confidential. SNHU never hears from us; details go to the desk and nowhere else.

Questions students ask first

Can you guarantee an A?

No, and neither can anyone else honestly. Grades belong to your instructor. What is committed to is work written to every criterion of the rubric you sent, revised free until it gets there.

How long does the revision window stay open?

Long enough to cover the feedback cycle on that deliverable, agreed at intake so it is never a surprise. Say when your instructor usually returns grades and the window is set around it.

What does the from-scratch promise actually mean?

The document is written for your brief, in one piece, with sources retrieved for it. Nothing is spun out of an old order or recycled from the published shelves.

What if I need to cancel?

Say so before the writer has started and nothing is owed. Once work is in progress, what has been produced is delivered and the balance settles proportionally.

Is my order confidential from SNHU?

Yes. The university is never contacted, nothing is sent to a school address, and there is no channel through which this desk could reach your instructor even if asked.

Do you keep my rubric documents?

Only while the order is live and for a short operational window after it, then they are purged. Ask for deletion sooner and it is done and confirmed in writing.
